Paradigm technical staff and principals are members or fellows of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and actively participate in professional associations including the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC), the Ontario Traffic Council (OTC), the Ontario Public Transit Association (OPTA), Young Professionals in Transportation (YPT) and the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals (APBP).
