Mitchell is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He gained experience before joining Paradigm as a Transportation Consultant by completing two client-based studios during his studies, where he collaborated directly with clients and stakeholders from both the private and public sectors on real-world projects. These experiences have allowed him to work on a range of different projects such as Parking Studies, Transportation Impact Assessments, Transportation Master Plans, Traffic Calming Reports, and various other community improvement strategies.

In his current role, Mitchell is primarily responsible for technical analysis, data collection, and report preparation. He is also passionate about the communication aspect, enjoying actively participating in meetings with staff, stakeholders, and the public.
