Senior Project Manager, Associate
Tom is a Senior Project Manager for Paradigm with professional experience in transportation planning. His background of work has covered public and private sector projects across Canada, the USA, and the UK, focused on public transit and transport strategy. This experience enables him to deploy effective bespoke or proven methodologies to address complex issues and each client’s unique needs.
Tom is responsible for the delivery of consulting services to our clients from project initiation through to consultation and report delivery. His role as a Senior Project Manager involves overseeing and supporting technical staff in the delivery of Paradigm’s services including transit planning, transportation master plans, transport modelling, and transport strategy. Tom prides himself on translating client’s overarching goals into meaningful policies and action-orientated plans. His accomplishments include an award-winning transportation master plan, and multiple feasibility studies that resulted in municipalities introducing transit services.
Outside the office, Tom sings in a local choir, composes, and contributes his knowledge on mathematics and English football to Wikipedia.
