Senior Project Manager, Associate


Scott brings private consulting experience in transportation planning and engineering to his role as Senior Project Manager for Paradigm. Over his career, Scott has successfully completed transportation and infrastructure master plans, class environmental assessments, transportation corridor studies and transportation impact assessments in municipalities across Ontario. He has proven expertise in active transportation, traffic calming, transportation demand management (TDM), traffic operations, travel demand forecasting, parking, and infrastructure design. His professional memberships include Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. 

Scott is a technical expert in streetscape design and has a broad range of experience with traffic engineering and planning on a variety of projects. He manages a wide range of street design efforts from large scale general plan updates to small urban site developments. His technical design work includes bicycle facilities, streetscape designs, traffic calming, pedestrian safety projects and functional designs. 

He has experience working on local and regional transportation project throughout Ontario and has played a key role in formulating TDM strategies and policies for numerous universities and major private employers in the Greater Golden Horseshoe Region.  Scott’s critical thinking, data analysis, creative problem solving, and his ability to synthesize a wealth of data into concise and meaningful outputs are valuable asset.
