Maddison is a Transportation Consultant at Paradigm and a graduate from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering. Before joining Paradigm on a full-time basis, Maddison spent three co-operative education terms at the company aiding in data collection/field investigation, traffic forecasting/analysis and preparing reports.

As a Transportation Consultant, Maddison’s responsibilities include field investigations, parking studies, transportation impact studies and transportation demand management studies. Maddison prides herself on her work ethic and attention to detail.

Maddison is an EIT and a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. In her spare time, Maddison enjoys golfing, hiking, kayaking and many more outdoor activities.
