Senior Project Manager

Jill is a Senior Project Manager for Paradigm with over 20 years of professional experience in the transportation industry. Her background of work in both the public and private sectors, in both eastern Canada and the United States, provides her with the broad base of technical skills and sound judgement required to effectively assist client address their transportation challenges.

Ms. Juhlke is responsible for the delivery of consulting services to our public and private sector clients from start-up through to report preparation, presentation and public consultation. Her role as a Senior Project Manager requires her to oversee and support technical staff in completion of Paradigm’s services including environmental assessments, transportation master plans, transportation planning and modeling, traffic operations and management, transit infrastructure planning, transportation demand management and design and management of travel and parking surveys. In addition, her strong technical background provides her with the foundation to develop solutions to varied and complex transportation issues.

Jill contributes to the transportation engineering profession through her membership in the Institute of Transportation Engineers, for which she currently serves as Secretary of the Hamilton Section. Jill actively participates in continuing education through attendance at webinars, workshops, specialized training courses and conferences where she has also been invited to present.
