Andrew is a transportation planner with local and international experience. He has been involved in a wide range of transportation-related planning and engineering projects for public and private sector clients with responsibilities mainly in the technical analysis role including data collection, travel demand forecasting and operational analyses in transportation impact assessments; environmental assessments; micro-simulation analysis; roundabout analysis; parking analysis and design; site plan assessments; and preliminary/functional designs.

Mr. Evans's professional experience includes the use of a wide variety of transportation engineering/planning related software such as Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM / VISUM, AIMSUN, as well as roundabout analysis software ARCADY and SIDRA.
