Senior Project Manager, Associate


Adam is a seasoned professional with experience in transportation planning and engineering that currently holds the role of Senior Project Manager for Paradigm. He has expertise in active transportation, traffic calming, transportation demand management (TDM), traffic operations, travel demand forecasting and parking.

Adam has worked with the MTO, municipalities, and private developers across Ontario and especially within the Greater Golden Horseshoe Region.

With a history of successfully implementing a variety of transportation projects in challenging environments, he specializes in complex parking and transportation issues, and is well-versed in parking policy and management.

Working as a project manager or in providing technical support, Adam combines strong research and practical planning to creatively resolve transportation issues. He specializes in helping clients problem-solve at the points at which transportation and land use come together. He has lead the creation of parking and TDM programs for several major complex and high-profile projects within the City of Hamilton and City of Burlington and has also played an important role in a range of other transportation planning efforts within the Golden Horseshoe Region.

Adam is renowned for building consensus on complex and controversial projects and provides stakeholders the tools they need to evaluate their transportation investments in the context of achieving their long-term goals. He understands that managing parking and transportation demand is a critical tool for revitalizing city centers and creating sustainable places.
