Erica has over 14 years of professional experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and parking management in her role as Senior Project Manager for Paradigm. Over her career, Erica has successfully completed transportation and infrastructure master plans, class environmental assessments, transportation corridor studies, travel survey management and data analysis, and transportation impact assessments in municipalities across Ontario. She has proven expertise in active transportation, traffic calming, Transportation Demand Management (TDM), traffic operations, travel demand forecasting, parking management, public consultation, and infrastructure design. Erica is a leader in Quality Control within the firm and has a passion for building strong relationships with her clients. 

As a Senior Project Manager, Erica’s responsibilities include procurement, managing resources, undertaking and reviewing technical analyses, preparing reports, and presenting study findings in technical and public forums.
