Kelly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in transportation from the University of Waterloo. Prior to joining Paradigm as a Transportation Consultant, Kelly completed three co-op terms working in the private sector where she gained experience with data collection, traffic analyses and report preparation. 

Since joining Paradigm, Kelly has been involved with various transportation engineering and planning projects. Her responsibilities include traffic impact assessments, parking studies and transportation demand management plans.
