Creighton is a Transportation Consultant with municipal government and private consulting experience. He is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Technology – Transportation program at Mohawk College in Hamilton. Through his co-op work terms and career with Paradigm, Creighton has been involved in a broad range of transportation impact assessment, parking demand, transportation safety and active transportation projects gaining invaluable expertise in traffic operations analysis, transportation simulation modelling, functional roadway and traffic design and transportation software applications.

As a Transportation Consultant, Mr. Chartier’s responsibilities include undertaking and reviewing technical analyses, data management, preparing reports, quality assurance and completing field investigations. Creighton works on assignments for both our public and private sector clients. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
